Todd and his team did an excellent work when replacing our old slanted deck with a new beautiful one. They remained right on schedule and worked even on very hot days. Todd was helpful at all stages of the project. He helped us choose the design and materials and provided the supporting files which we needed to do the permit application ourselves. Communication was always great. We are happy with our new deck.

If your looking to build a deck look no further. Todd and his crew are exceptional. We got 6 bids and his prices exceptional. He offered amenities that others did not. Like wrapping the 6×6’s for no additional cost. Using his own crew not subcontractors. Working in very cold weather which others refused Todd and his crew are very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Todd is exceptional at listening to your wants and concerns and is willing to do whatever is necessary to make you happy. I wish him success in his business as he is the absolute best

The delivery of my project was outstanding. Todd came and gave me a quote, which I compared with 2 other quotes and decided to go with Todd, primarily because I have transparency to what all they are quoting me for. Others just did summary. Secondly, after signing up with Todd, I didn’t realize that they were able to get me in very quick, quicker than they originally quoted (under promise, over deliver). The only thing that was a wait was permit pulling and then delivery of material and it wasn’t much of a wait after all. Third, Todd and gods crew of 3 other men came put my 16×14 deck (w/stairs) with a little balcony extension connecting it from patio door (custom) within 3 days. Fourth, they coordinated with the concrete guy they contracted with to ensure the stairs are done to fit the concrete need. This is also convenient because not all vendors do concrete and deck. Everything overall was worth it.
